Delivery
Please consider the possibility that delivery will take additional days when there are in borders of UAE cities or in GCC Countries and respective Country Holidays.
All products are available, unless otherwise indicated or while stocks last. Shipping times can also be viewed on the page of each individual product.
Our goods travel by express courier and delivery is expected within 1 – 3 working days from receipt of payment. VAT and shipping costs are included in the price. We will do everything to satisfy you so that you receive the ordered items as soon as possible. All products are available, unless otherwise indicated or while stocks last.
It is not possible to collect in person, the goods leave the warehouses automatically.
The goods travel accompanied by a regular receipt, to be kept. Anyone who needs an invoice must do so at the time of purchase by indicating all the information in the appropriate NOTES field.

Return Policy
We take care of any item we sell and ship, in the event you have received:
- The wrong product
- The product is defective
- The product was damaged in shipping
- The product is tampered
You should refuse the item to the courier and contact us within 24 hours (1 working days).
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us within 24 hours (1 working days) through our email simbashoppingmea@gmail.com and return the item in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment. Items that have been assembled by our team CANNOT be returned in any circumstances. In case of damaged item received, please notify us by email within 24 hours from the receipt, so we can collect the item and provide a replacement to you.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
You will receive a full refund through the Original Mode of Payment along with any shipping fees incurred. Incorrect/Faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements will be dispatched.
Availability
We strive to keep the majority of the products listed on our website in stock at all times. Occasionally some items are out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours (1 working day) and advise you when the item is due back in or of any comparable product that is available.
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order within 2 hours only by Customer Service e-mail simbashoppingmea@gmail.com; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. It could take around 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
All refunds must be authorized by our staff.
No cancellation of order will be accepted after 14 days from delivery of goods.
